We offer a 30-day guarantee on all our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Untapped Intelligence, you can return the product and request a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. This policy is only applicable for first time orders.


  1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

* Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

* It must be in the original packaging.

* You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

* It must be your first order.


  1. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that gift cards, promotional items, and any products marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds.


  1. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer's policies, you can expect the credited amount within a few days.


  1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately for assistance at hello@untappedintelligence.co. Depending on the case, we might offer a full refund or send a replacement.

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Subscription Terms, Renewal, Cancellation, Delivery, Payment, and Refund Policy

We currently deliver only within the United States and Southern Canada. When you subscribe for any Untapped Intelligence product via our website, your first shipment will include a 30-day supply of vitamin supplements. Subsequently, every 30 days, we'll send you a new 30-day supply. Our subscription cycle is monthly, ensuring you don't run out of supplements.

Your subscription automatically renews every 30 days and will continue until you decide to cancel. While there is no fee for the subscription itself, charges for the products and any associated shipping and handling are non-refundable. If you cancel, we'll send any remaining supplements due but won't issue refunds for any undelivered shipments as of your cancellation date. After each 30-day period, your subscription will automatically renew for another 30 days at our current price, unless you cancel before the Renewal Commencement Date by emailing hello@untappedintelligence.co

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. If you cancel, we won't charge you for the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to terminate or pause your subscription at our discretion.

Shipments are dispatched within 3-5 business days via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX, although delays can occur.

Refunds: Refunds are limited and not available for discounted or promotional orders (e.g., 40% off the first month). To avoid charges, you must cancel or modify your subscription before the billing date. Any other refunds are at our discretion. Contact hello@untappedintelligence.co for refund inquiries on full-priced orders.

Returns: Due to our commitment to freshness and safety, returns are restricted. Eligible returns must be unopened, in original packaging, with intact security tape, and sent back within 10 days of delivery. Additional conditions apply. For return requests, email hello@untappedintelligence.co

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Local taxes may apply. In case of payment issues, we will attempt to process your charge or contact you for updated information.

We use a third-party for payment processing. By subscribing, you agree to share necessary information for transaction completion. Initial card registration may show a pending charge, which is not an actual charge and will clear automatically.

We're not liable for any bank or credit card fees. Once items are shipped, the risk of loss transfers to you.
