We ship domestically within the United States and to selected international countries. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact our customer service for clarification.


  1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


  1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic:

  • Standard Shipping (4-6 business days) - $5.95 
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) - $14.95

International: Rates vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as customs checks for international shipments.


  1. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Untapped Intelligence is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@untappedintelligence.co. We will evaluate the issue and determine the best course of action, which may include a refund or replacement.
